What can I do i took out money from an atm machine and it gave me money from a different account

go right in to the bank, and talk to them. as they may cach it any ways. they are the ones going have to make it right..

Go to the bank teller and bring the receipt with you (and the money of course).

If you called and they were rude to you, then ask to speak with that persons supervisor.  If that person is rude to you, then ask to speak with THEIR supervisor and so on... if it takes you all the way to the top, then so be it.  You're trying to do the right thing here, they have no right being rude to you.  Some poor unsuspecting person is missing money from their account, they could be on a fixed income, elderly, have small children or be living paycheque to paycheque.  This ATM company is at fault for that, they need to make it right.

They will know it is wrong and if you don't return the money and tell them of the mistake right away they could accuse you of fraud, even though it wasn't your fault. This is definitely something that they trace, plus they have your picture.

I would return the money so they can fix it. If you don't you will find that they will take money from your account and put it into the account of the person whose money you already got from the atm.

That's astonishing. Maybe you made a mistake and it IS your account -- you're looking at the wrong number on the printed ticket. If you are sure it's not your money, take it back to the bank because a) it's the right thing to do, and b) they took your picture.
