I would contact the company.  I don't know how long ago you made the purchase, but it has been a not too common experience with me, that sometimes it might take a couple of weeks to receive the merchandise.  After a couple weeks, and the contact with the company, if the product is still not there, you might be able to stop the payment through your financial institution if you think you may have been scammed.  Although if it takes too long and they already have your payment it might be too late for this.  Is this purchase through a big name store like Target or something along those lines, because if so you should have no problem with a refund or reorder if necessary if the product got lost in the mail or something of that nature.

It all depends on how you purchased the item, how long ago you purchased it, and how much it was worth.

If you paid through pay pal, you can file a claim. Sometimes you will get your money back if it's soon enough after your purchase anyway. If it's a large amount, you may have to take the person to small claims court.
