What can I do if someone accessed my email and sent out an email?

A family member accessed my email and sent an email to government agencies without my permission. I talked to the agencies when they called and got everything worked out. I changed my passwords on all my accounts email, bank etc. Is there anything I can do?

you could put a pass word on your computer and turn it off or log out of your computer wene you are not using it
