What can I do in and/or around Adelaide SA for my 26th Birthday that doesn't involve going out drinking?

I really want to do something fun and different for my birthday this year, can't be bothered going out drinking, it's getting a bit old! Any suggestions for fun things to do would be very much appreciated! Can be day or night.

karaoke is always fun, though its more fun mixed with alcohol

late night desserts at spats or chocolat or the new asian dessert place that just opened up on gouger st - sugar bowl

or just go out and eat somewhere fun - korean bbq, where you cook your own food or maybe try teppanyaki, my brother had his own teppanyaki chef for his 20th, a tad expensive thoough around $60 - $100 per person, I'm sure there are cheaper places though
