  1. why not lift weights?

  2. you can lift weights...whoever told you couldn't must not know what they are talking about

  3. 1st of all... if u think ur to young to lift weights going into the 8th grade ur retarted.. ur age is the PERFECT time 2 begin lifiting weights. it DOES NOT stunt ur growth.. i started lifting inj 8th grade i was 5'5.. now im going into 10th and im 5'10.... so it doesnt stunt anything.. in fact lifting makes u more healty.. and its GOOD for ur body... trust me I KNOW... i lifted beginning at ur age and now im playing varsity football going into 10th grade (got cvalled up early)

  4. join the basketball team. you get fast from running everyday, jump high from practicing jumpshots, get stromg abs from doing drills like crunches, and get strong arms from doing drills like pushups.

  5. use your body as weight.  do different exercises.

  6. Nothing fancy but push ups and crunches are great! xox

  7. crunches and yoga

  8. w/ out weights do push ups and crunches/ sit ups to get stronger stomach and arms.

to jump higher, i don't know what to do... maybe try jumping and jumping trying to reach something.  but to get bigger calves try calve raises.  try this link if you don't know what i'm talking about: http://www.leehayward.com/calfs.htm  (it's way on the bottom.  you can do it on flat ground too)

to run faster, i guess you could buy a parachute thing.  but you should also consider your stamina.

  9. bend ur knees then  then jum up ten reps
