What can I do on a four hour plane ride to Cyprus, from UK?

I am going on holiday to Cyprus in August, but the journey is 4 hours from the UK. Does anybody have any ideas of things I could do on the plane. This will be the longest plane journey of my life. Any help would be great

ok when i was on a four hour plane ride, i had company, but i also brought a book, they dont allow cells or games or anything, so be careful, umm i think labtops are allowed, just so long as theres no wireless connection, also if you have an iPod, MP3, walkman or anything, im not sure if theyll let you but they tlet me but htat was 5 years ago, anyway soething like reading, hope it helppedd!

bring a good book, maybe some crosswords or search a word book. i pod, they should give you a snack . get up a couple of time to stretch your legs. see if you can stike up a converation with who ever is next to you. bring a deck of cards in case they are friendly and you can play some card games.

Play colored planes!

Play a pokemon game on your DS. Dear god I love Pokemon! It's amazing. You'll get sucked in. Or just... sleep...

I usually take a lot of magazines/books, ipod? erm talk to people next to you, especially if you are going with your family. most airlines have radios, and also tv programmes/films. The meal which is served about half way through the flight breaks it up abit :) it's only 4 hours so it shouldn't drag by too much, could be worse!

Well, there are the obvious things like listen to your ipod (or some sort of music player). You could read a magazine that you subscribed to or you could buy one considering most airports have any magazine to suit your interest. Any hand held games pass time pretty quickly. Another option would be to just sleep depending on what time of the day. A portable DVD player might be the best way to go as long as you have headphones. Maybe if you have a certain hobby that you can work with. These are just some basic stuff I would do.
