"Getting more sleep" doesn't cut it for me. I had a massive headache a few days ago took bout 5 aspirins to knock it out with a Coke. That night I had a dream I was sitting in front of my boss telling me that there was going to be changes in the company and I got fired. Well, It was my co-woker that had the meeting and everything the boss told him was what I dreamed he told me and he did get fired. I talked to him after the meeting and I was just shocked hearing what our boss told him, same exact stuff I dreamt about. I get deja-vu quite frequently and feel that if I had more dreams I would be able to know what happens to me in the near future...I know it sounds lame. I just don't have enough dreams but when I do something related to them does usually happen.

  1. The use of Clary Sage before bedtime (essential oil) either in a warm bath or as a massage in a carrier oil base has been known to induce vivid dreams.

Clary Sage is both a powerful muscle relaxant and sn euphoric oil which produces a heightened state of awareness in some (but not all) people.

It can make people feel very sleepy - so don't use it unless you WANT ti be very relaxed... also DO NOT use it un conjunction with alchohol as this is said to result in extremely graphical and unpleasant nightmares.

I find Clary Sage to be very helpful when I want to create optimun conditions for dream work. A couple of drops mixed in a base oil or cream and rubbed into the pulse points on wrists, inner elbows, behind my ears and throat is usually all that is required for me.

In addition set your intentions to be aware of recall your dreams before you fall asleep.

You may find the book "The art of dreaming" by Carlos Castaneda to be of help/interest.

The world of dreams and dreaming is a fascinating and valuable world to explore. Use it wisely and with respect and it can be extremely rewarding. It takes practice - but perservere and you WILL begin to notice a difference. I wish you all the best in your ventures and hope you can use your apparant skill to the best of intentions!

  2. barbra streisand and bette midler are s**y beasts in the sack.

  3. I have the same stuff happen to me all the time, and then I'll remember I dreamt about it.  Deja-vu big time.  I have to take ambien (Sleeping pills) from time to time, talk about some vivid dreaming on that.  I don't really have a answer for you but it seems like I dream more when I'm more relaxed when I go to bed.
