Question:

What can I do/take to support quitting alcohol?

Not sure I am an alcoholic but I have significant non-restorative sleep and chronic fatigue issues. So quitting alcohol 100% sounds like a smart thing to do. I drink approx 15 to 25 drinks per week due to boredom and inability to be active because of exhaustion. Any supplement suggestions to help purify/detox my body or assist me along the way?

  1. Congratulations on taking the first step! Quitting drinking is the single best thing you can do for your health.here are some suggestions which can help you:--

First of all Avoid social gathering.........like parties because in such occasions chances of drinking alcohol are very high.

Every time one you think of drinking alcohol just remind yourself that you want to leave the habit of drinking.

Make yourself strong ....... just believe in yourself that that you can do what you want to do ...........all i want to suggest to you that value ur decisions.......

Choose some alternative(like drink lots of water) of alcohol that can make your health sound.......

Spend some time with yourself daily .....spend at least 10 minutes......during this time think about what good have you done to yourself and to your surroundings (fiends and relatives)......

  4. Congratulations on your decision!! Why don't you try finding your local AA hall and they can be there to help support you along the way. A lot of people quit drinking for multiple reasons, and quitting alcohol doesn't necessarily mean you're an alcoholic.

    Good luck with everything!
