What can I do to change a friend into my lover (Only answers from women... please)?

I have an asian female co-worker who I am very attracted too. I believe she is also attracted to me. She flirts with me all the time. However, I do not want to miss read her flirtations. She is living with her boy friend and I am in an unhappy relationship. She is not so much interested in hearing about my relationships other than a few simple questions. On the other hand, she is not interested in talking about her boy friend too much. In fact, I am of the opinion that her is not happy in her relationship other than to help pay for the house they own together. By talking with her, she seems not get enough s*x to satisfy her needs. And, that her boyfriend is not a lover just a friend. What can I do to make her my lover or I am miss reading her flirtations?

If she doesn't want to hear about your relationship and made it a point to say her live-in is just a friends, not enough s*x..yadayaydadayyada.  You are reading loud and clear.  Before you jump in though- think ahead, what happens when people find out- they always do.  Will it effect your job, your realtionship and your families???  Are you willing to take that risk?  Think ahead, but I'd say 95% chance you don't have a reading disability-LOL
