What can I do to fix my visa situation?

I was deported with my family from Miami International Airport in December. CBP just detained us, (all with Valid US Visas).

I got no explanation or apology and got so angry that I swore I would never go back to that country. Now after months have passed, I am wondering what I should do if I ever want to apply for a visa. What about my two kids,? I truly couldnt cae less if they dont give me another visa for the rest of my life, they can keep their visas, but my children may someday need them and I would like to know

  1. That sounds fishy as to why they would deport you.  Where you trying to obtain work here and didn't have a work visa?  Maybe someone maliciously called them from your country and told them that.  That happened to my sister and she was only coming as a tourist and not to seek work but someone called immigration and told them a lie which was bad.  We never figured out who it was but they did get a call.  You can always reapply and see what happens.  I wouldn't go through Miami anymore, go to another hub.

  2. Well if they deported you, your visas weren't valid. They do not need to give you a reason for why you are getting deported. Because of your deportation they won't give you or your kids a visa

  3. Deportation normally carries a 10 year ban from returning to the US. Your only alternative if you feel you were deported in error, is to hire an immigration attorney to clear the record
