In High School, I ran four seasons of running for four years and my best mile was a 4:30 mile my senior year. I ran so many miles the summer before I went to college, that I got injured and burned out. Three years later, I still have not gotten back into running consistently. Any advice?

  3. 1st of all, don't expect yourself to be back to normal in few weeks. it takes a while (:

just run with a few friends every morning for an hour of two, and increase your mileage every week. or you can join a college track/xc team & that'll help

  4. you were pretty good...just start running

  5. well i am a runner for two seasons cross country during fall and in cross country during spring during winter i do basketball so what i do to get back in shape is first i go set aside a day just for running and that day i go out and run as far and as long as possible and if u feel like u cant go on anymore then you stop and take a break and then when u feel ready and continue and u do this every day untill u reach ur goal!!! i hope my advice works for u like it has for me!!!
