What can I do to get energy?

I'm always tired and stressed out, and I'm only 13!!! I'm starting to take vitamins.I'm not on a diet. Like What can i do to get energy? Also, every time i watch tv, them get up, i am so dizzy. Like right now, I'm so weak. Its no serious, but its annoying. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE and HELP!

By the Way:::I dont want energy drinks (Red Bull, Monster, etc)

  1. Keep taking your vitamins and try going for a walk. That always gets me going.


  2. Exercise.  Go for long walks, jump rope, swim.  It will help take your mind off things and it's good for you.  

  3. A lot of 13 year olds don't eat properly.  Perhaps you need to improve your diet.  More fruit and vegetables for more enzymes and antioxidants for good health and energy.

    Dehydration is a common cause of exhaustion.  Most people don't drink enough water.
