I'm always tired and stressed out, and I'm only 13!!! I'm starting to take vitamins.I'm not on a diet. Like What can i do to get energy? Also, every time i watch tv, them get up, i am so dizzy. Like right now, I'm so weak. Its no serious, but its annoying. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE and HELP!
By the Way:::I dont want energy drinks (Red Bull, Monster, etc)
