My I-pod Nano, 4 G.B. keeps freezing up. Today it has a completely dark screen. I have tried re-charging it with my charger and I have tried connecting it to my computer to try and sync it. It does not show up on my computer when I plug it in the portal. I have tried pushing the wheel to reset it. Nothing is working. Do you have any ideas? Its only 4 months old.

  1. hold down the center button, and the menu button at the same time.

that turns off and resets your ipod.

hold them down at the same time for about 10 seconds. the screen will go black and an apple will show up.

then it'll turn on by itself, or after a couple seconds press a button and it should work again.

ALSO, make sure that you have to latest version of itunes downloaded to your computer or else your ipod won't update.

apple itunes always comes out with new versions, every couple of weeks, so make sure its the latest.

and just to be sure, just go to their website and click DOWNLOAD ITUNES and it'll overwrite the current one you have right now.

  2. try resetting it press menu and the center button at the same time until the apple appears
