What can I do to get out of this funk? I seem to be addicted to Y!A ?

I'm working at home now in my boxer shorts and t-shirt and i'm very horny. I'm so behind on my work email, but for some reason I'm letting Y!A consume all my time.

Help? Thoughts, Suggestions?
