What can I do to get ready for football conditioning ?

Ok i'm 13 years old getting ready for football conditioning .

It starts in about 3 hours and were going to be doing a lot of running a drills .

My friend told me to drink a lot of water before so i don't pass out lol .

But how much do you think i should drink and what i should eat ?

  1. Drink as much water as you can. eat healthy no pop or junk food. start running every day start with a mile then progress. and conditioning will get easier.


  2. drink as much water as possible during the day before and after workouts...however slow it down in the hour or so leading up to practice, and post practice start chugging again.  For eating keep it healthy, bananas are good, and anything else like fruits and vegetables. avoid salty things like fast food as this will dehydrate you and make you seem constantly thirsty

  3. If you drink alot of water you have a chance to get cramps so just take sips of water not big gulps. The best thing to do is just run everywhere you go.

    NO DAIRY PRODUCTS
