What can I do to get ready for the upcoming football season?

This is my sophomore year is highschool and its a bit less than a month until tryouts, Ive already been jogging alot lately bu I'm wondering what else I can do. I mainly want to know how I can improve my endurance, agility and strength. Last year I played safety but this year i'd like to play something more involved. What can I do to get better endurance, strength and agility.

Please give me any stretches, drills, diets, exrcises or tips I should do

  1. For endurance - Do short sprints. (about 20 yards for 2 min.)

    For agility - Do suicides with out using hands. (about 10 yards for

    1 min.)

    For strength - Do push-ups,use weights. (if you have none use some thing heavy for resitense. About 10 reps each.)

    Using weights

    1.) Take weights and put over head. (as far as hands can go)

    2.) Then down to chest level

    3.)Thats a rep.

    also

    1.) Take weights and lower to the ground

    2.) Lift up to chest level

    3.)Thats a rep.
