I stand at about 5'2.5/5'3

I'm 13, and will be turning 14 at the end of September, I got my period in September of 2006. My mom is 5'0, my dad is 6'1, and my sister is 5'6. I hate my height, and I want to know if it's possible for me to grow any more.

what can I do to reach my full potential?

and is it likely for me to grow anymore?

  1. The best thing you can do is go to your doctor and ask him to test your thyroid gland. Its a butterfly shaped gland in your throat that helps to regulate hormones, weight and lots of other important things. (too many to list) I found i had the problem at 14 and grew with medication 6 inches.

    Good luck =)

  2. hey, i'm 13 and i'm 5 foot 7, my advice would be to have a healthy diet and to exercise.

  3. You are what you are.  Be happy.  Tall girls would love to be your height as they are limited to tall guys to date.  You may grow a little more but not much.

Eat good fresh food and dairy, get plenty of fresh air & outdoor sun. Stay away completely from caffeine - it will stunt any growth you have left.
