NO MAKEUP!

People think I go punched in the eye twice!

Does drinking more water help? what can I do?

Is not genetic. No one else has it this bad in my family. I get plenty of sleep.

  1. If you're well rested, you probably have allergies. Allergic reactions can (and usually do) cause pressure build up in your sinus passages, which lead to dark circles. Try taking an over the counter antihistamine (something like claritin or hismanol). Either way, make an appointment to see a doctor. Allergies aren't usually life threatening, but they can make your life miserable.

  2. Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help.

vitamin E oil, olive oil, cucumbers, & a doctor can also help. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience.

    Hope this helps. :)
