Okay so I was waiting for my mom to get to the car (we were at the mall and she told me to wait at the car) and then this guy came out of his car and started talking to me out of no where... I got so scared and I was shaking and stuff...He was asking me what was my name was and stuff... I accidentally told him my real name because I was REALLY scared... And then my mom got here and he walked away...

  1. roll your windows up and lock the doors & scoot to the other side of the car. if he follows you to that side find the nearest sharp object and hold it in your hands and show him you are not affraid,.

  2. It makes a difference if you are a young girl (like 12 to 15) or older( like 17, 18) no man should approach a young girl unless she is obviously in some kind of trouble (like hurt or in danger)  You should ignore him and if he stays around say very loudly..go away and do not bother me.

If you are an older teen you can probably expect young men to try to make your acquaintance...still if they make you uncomfortable you have every right to say....leave me alone and he should leave at once...if not ask someone to call a mall guard or something.

  3. Gee, I'd like to stay and talk with you but my mom's walking over here to take me to the Cancer clinic for my treatment.

Look, Larry, my Dad's a police detective, and he gets really upset if he even sees me talking to other guys, and he's on his way over here right now.

I wouldn't mind talking with you, except that my fiance is on his way over here, and he really wouldn't understand, so I need to get going.

Thanks for stopping by, but I need to be going. I have to go through my pre-op exam for tomorrow's surgery. I've got some "female" problems if you know what I mean....

Uh, would you please excuse me? I've got a very upset stomach and I've been running at both ends all day long. Maybe some other time.

  4. roll up the window and lock the door. Your mom shouldn't leave you in the car again if she knew this happened.

  5. Just act nice enough but to the point where your giving him the cold shoulder. Dont tell him your real name and dont say you are waiting for your Mom. You could pretend your cell is ringing and answer it... make up a conversation like someone wants you to come back into the mall to see something and then tell him you haev to go.. cautiously walk away. I got stalked at the Mall once, i totally understand how you feel.

  6. The stranger didn't do anything wrong, neither did you.

  7. woah wutta creep. bring pepper spray next time. if someones tries to do something flip out on his *** and run to someplace public with lots of people. and you should stay with your mom too if you don't feel comfortable by urself.

  8. I sometimes carry a weapon. I never use... my pocketknife but carry it around sometimes. For you, I would buy pepperspray and keep it in my purse! If I were a girl, I'd always keep pepperspray in my purse.... OR YELL! REALLY LOUD! to attract attention...

And if you don't wanna do that, you can always take karate classes?

  9. did you tell your mom about it.if not,why not.dont talk to strangers just walk away if you see someone approahcing you.and go to a safe place.

  10. I'd probably have said "I'm sorry, I don't talk to people that come up to me randomly in parking lots. Get out of here." I would suggest some self defense classes to get your confidence up. Everyone can do with the ability to overcome a possible violent situation.

  11. next time just tell him i don't know you you don't know me lets keep it that way and walk away it don't matter where you walk away too just make sure your away from him!!! Please be care ful and if you have to just say your name is Jane

  12. tell him that you have a gun in the car and your not afraid to use it. Lock the doors, close the windows, call your mom and beep the horn if you can. Threaten him.

  13. Oh that is really weird! I don't blame you for being scared! I would just make up a name ahead of time and whenever that happens again (hopefully it doesn't), you will be prepared. Or better yet, ask your mom for the car keys and wait in the car. That's what my mom has me do. Just hope that never happens again! Best of luck to you!! - Polkadot Lover
