What can I do to help my ficus plant?

I was given this ficus as a gift. It has been re-potted twice and it is given vitamins. The location for this plant is in front of a sunny window.

I water it and make sure it is not too much. The ficus keeps losing leaves. All over the floor and it won't stop. Any advice?

  1. If it was recently re-potted  it have gone into shock. When you re-potted it did you loosen the roots a little.  It might be strangling it's self with the main root.  Also there could be air pockets in the dirt.  Did you give it a really soaking with water.  I mean till the water comes out the bottom.  Then wait to water again until the first inch od soil is dry.
