What can I do to help my ficus plant?

I was given this ficus as a gift. It has been re-potted twice and it is given vitamins. The location for this plant is in front of a sunny window.

I water it and make sure it is not too much. The ficus keeps losing leaves. All over the floor and it won't stop. Any advice?

If it was recently re-potted  it have gone into shock. When you re-potted it did you loosen the roots a little.  It might be strangling it's self with the main root.  Also there could be air pockets in the dirt.  Did you give it a really soaking with water.  I mean till the water comes out the bottom.  Then wait to water again until the first inch od soil is dry.
