  1. well how old are you? if your mom isnt nursing maybe you can bottlefeed her or ask your mom if you can watch her so she can shower,,,, just helping around the house is good do the laundry dishes cleaning... every little bit helps

  2. Help around the house... cleaning, laundry....

  3. do some housework

    offer to run errands

  4. you can help your mom with cleaning, cooking, and laundry. you can tell your mom to teach you the signs and cries of the babywatch how your mom handles the baby and learn from her. then offer to take the baby of her to give her time to relax or to take a nice bath.

  5. * change nappies

    * do folding up

    * dont fight with your sisters, evenif they started it

    * offer to sit with the baby and watch her while mum has a bath

    I know it all doesnt sound like much fun, but these things help more than anything in the world

    I'm not sure how old you are so i really cant advise much more

    you sound like a great daughter... keep it up, you're doing really well by caring already   :)
