What can I do to help sell it?

Okay so heres the deal, I run a website for a local builder, and currently i have the homes the builder has on the websites with Links to images, info, price, etc. What i want to know is what would you want to see if you were looking for a home? What can i do to make this website more helpful in selling these homes? How would you go about helping this website go above and beyond?

I am trying to make it easy for anyone to use and make it easy for anyone to see exactly what they are looking for in just a few simple clicks.

Is there the ability to change paint colors or backsplash materials, etc.  A map of where the home is located.

Under homes there are 5 houses and some only have one picture.  Where is the details on the house - square footage, number of bedrooms, baths, garage, size of lot, how high the ceilings are, etc.

Having the banner "residential building...." in front of the picture of the house on the home page detracts from the house which is what you are selling, isn't it?

Do you want to link to the other websites that have so many other builders?  Shouldn't you link to the houses on their sites that Nail builds?  Or better yet, bring that information into this website.
