What can I do to improve asthma ?

I already take singulair, allergy meds, I already drink a lot of water, eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables, I already exercise quite a bit?

any ideas?

  3. suffering from asthma for my whole life, it can be a pain. but relax dont get stressed about it. always take inhalers. keep away from cats,dogs. make sure theres no dust on curtains. change duvets reguarly , pillows etc.

    dont smoke!! deep breathing!

  4. I had asthma when I was young. My father encouraged me to exercise to overcome it. I played every sport there was, including swimming and lifting weights, to improve my breathing. I also did daily deep breathing exercises.

    I finally overcame it completely by the time I was eighteen. It has never bothered me since.

  6. If you have been diagnosed as having asthma, you should have been prescribed an inhaler such as albuterol.  Allergy meds are for allergies, not asthma. Avoiding or limiting dairy foods also keeps asthma attacks at bay, as well as limiting contact with animals that cause you to have an attack, such as cats.  Go see your family M.D.  or an internist.    Good Luck
