I stubbed 2 of my toes about 6 months ago. The feeling in them never came back. I called an accupunturist & asked her about diabetes & she told me they weren't sure they could help. I didn mention the toes. I also feel I am losing feeling in my foot near this toes. Is there something I can do to unblock this energy?

  1. Ginko Biloba. If you are a diabetic I hope you have mentioned this to your doctor.

  2. Yes you can improve it.

But I can't diagnose you or get a complete idea over the net.

I would suggest that you stimulate it from both directions...

Tickle your toes - you should be feeling something right...ask your body to begin realigning these nerves.( if they are damaged they may need this kind of therapy for the nerves to grow back in the right direction.  (nerves grow at 1mm per week) and perhaps you must "re-calibrate them).  Exercise them in a passive sense ( with your hand) and an active sense ( by wiggling them)

Take them through a full range of motion - everyday at the start of the day.

Are you a smoker? - give up

Are you overweight? - begin to improve your health

Are you depressed? - find something new

Do Tai-Chi.  Good stuff ( or just sway your body in a controlled and creative manner focusing on an image of great circulation)

There is so much you can do CONSISTANCY gets results positively charged with new belief systems to reward yourself

We keep growing our whole life, so grow, just ask yourself to addapt and grow.

PLEASE see a good health care Professional - Consider Ginko Biloba for circulation.
