You should try giving your hair some style. Find a cute haircut on the internet or in a magazine, take it to a hair salon, and ask them to give you something similar.

Your color looks cute, maybe just touch up the roots a little. You could wear a sheer tinted moisturizer on your face to smooth out your complexion just a little more and wear just a tiny bit of mascara and maybe some lightly tinted lip balm. Also going to a salon and getting your eyebrows touched up can do wonders. You will be amazed at how much a clean brow can do for your looks! The thing you want to do is try and keep your makeup natural, yet still look put together.

Smiling always always makes a person look better. If you act comfortable with yourself you will always look good.

I think your gorgeous, you've just got to try and make yourself look more put together.
