What can I do to improve this fantasy team?

Question

I definitely feel like i need at least one or two more solid SP, also i was thinking about trying to swap a RP and Chone Figgins for Brian Roberts but i dont know if i can do that. Its evident i need more SP but please let me know what you think i should do with my lineup. Right now in fantasy league i am in 7th place out of 12.

Marcum will be a boost when he comes back.I know,I have him.Gagne,and Furcal can be dropped for SPs off of waivers.

I'd try to trade for Johan Santana.I think his value is at a low point,and it could start soaring soon.(He's always been a big 2nd half producer.) You shouldn't have to give up much to get him,right now.I'd offer sumthen' like;;;;;Dye+Jimmy Rollins for

Johan,,,,,,,,That is considering that these guys are back ups

Edit: You seem to be an experienced trader,but a suggestion I just thought of was to just offer J.Roll for Santana 1st.He may counter,or not reply.So if this happens(after awhile)I'd

counter back with J.Roll+Dye...(Don't show your best offer right away,in other words.)
