I have a lot of plants, and I like to put a good majority of them in my south window in the winter. But cold air seeps in around the frame, and even when I put tape all along the gap between the frame and the closed window, It still gets cold enough that the plants in the sill get so cold sometimes that their leaves turn yellow. How can I solve this problem for the coming winter without replacing the window?

  1. You cant. Unless you repair the window but the Air Tempature will still be as cold as outside unless you have some type of heating system.
