I am a short 16 years old in the eleventh grade and I weigh 170 pounds. And I want to lose weigh by april or may 2009 because I want to look different for my senior year. The least i can get to is 157 or down to 150. Especially when I go to the prom. I have a few exercise tapes in my house. I have 2 taebo (billy blanks) tapes, 3 firm (ab, cardio, and body sculpt)tapes, 1 belly dancing exercise tape, 2 denise austin tapes, an 8 minute abs tape, and a few yoga tapes that I recorded from the television. I tried to exercise everyday with a different tape but I always have homework and it slows me down. What can I do to lose weight without slacking up with my work? Please help!
