What can I do to make money ?

I,m 59 years old and had good opportunities in my life to be rich in real estate ,but bad decisions on my part ,lost almost everything . Now that I,m working harder that ever before , now that I can make it , but opportunities don't seem to come by.

As you get older the opportunities lessen my dear friend. However online business is booming and scams are becoming more profitable. Weed out the bad and decide.... Also investing in retail, transportation, real estate, yes seems kind of YES OK SURE (NOT) but some time the market will rise again and the houses are CHEAP NOW!!!

I do feel your burn I am young and I have been one to make some bad mistakes. What I suggest is do a lot of research. Read what others have to say look for the pros and the cons also. Don't fall for the first thing you see.

If I may be honest it's probably not the bad decisions that got you where you are but rather the tone of frustration and desperation in your message that's responsible. It's time to focus on the positives not the negatives. What are your skills and experiences that you can share with others??? You can teach/consult. You can write. You can switch to a new industry. Mainly, you can live on less than you have been and socking away money for your golden years. If you can find something that sparks excitement you can easily give another 10 years to working and saving. Don't put yourself in a rocking chair ... rock on with living, loving and believing in yourself. That will inspire others to believe in you. You've got some decent skills to offer so present them in a positive way. Now is a great time for your own business because let's face it... nobody is going to pay you what you're really worth if they expect to make a profit. Work for yourself ... do what you love and love what you do. The money will follow. Don't ever give up!!!
