  1. Actually most dogs are happy to see them go after weeks of caring for them.  I suspect she is just tired from raising puppies and recovering.  I wouldn't worry.  Going back to a normal routine and giving her lots of attention is the best thing to do.

  2. No I wouldn`t say you are.

Actually most moms do miss their pups for a short time.

I breed larger breeds but what i do is  is give the mom a couple of stuffed toys so she thinks that their her pups and will move them around and take the edge off.

She will come around soon enough just devote some extra play time to her now that your not baby sitting her pups.

    Good luck and God bless

  3. Get her spayed so she don't have to go through the whole process again.

  4. She will be ok that's the dogs nature to give birth take care of them then give them away so they can do the same. The only way to keep the dog happy is love her & care for her.

  5. show her the money. but thats not going to mean much to her. as you know dogs dont buy their food or toys. or cloths. beds. etc. any way sit her down and tell her the story about the little pups are going to make some other family really happy. and she still has you. take some of the money get her spayed like bob barker would say. and then its no more good bye to the pups. its hard but in about a month she will dry up and she will move on with her life.

  6. You cannot make her happy. She does not understand money that you got in return for her babies.

  7. You can make sure your poor dog never has to go through birth and loss like this again by having her spayed and letting her be a well cared for pet, not a cash cow.

  8. Spay her- she'll be thrilled.

  9. You can spay her!

That will make her extremely happy when she does not develop uterine cancer in the future, and also that her unwanted, poorly bred puppies are not being euthanized in shelters, like five million other dogs every year.
