What can I do to make my hair less frizzy and more shiny?

Ok, my hair isn't like Massively frizzy, but its really irritating! No matter what I do, when my hair dries after a shower, it goes crazy and wavy. I shower every day, and thus have to straighten my hair at freakishly high levels of heat every day. I have tried multiple anti-frizz shampoos and conditioners, but none have worked so far. I don't want to keep wasting my money on shampoos that don't even help! Currently I'm using Sunsilk Anti-frizz, which leaves my hair feeling soft and fluffy, but also very poofy.

As for my hair, I have Medium thickness and length... but definitely not sleek, silky and shiny!

I don't know how much this will help you, and if you tried it, but my hair is extremely thick at a longish length, and I use Aussie anti-freeze and leave-in conditioner. Try that one if you haven't already.

Try Conair - Steam Straighter.

It makes it straight and leaving the hair looking shiny.
