Question:

What can I do to make myself tired and want to sleep by midnight?

I don't want to go to sleep late tonight because then i sleep in and it is annoying! sleeping pills don't work for me really. what is something i could do to wear myself out? also it is raining outside and it won't stop for a long time because its a tropical storm so i need something inside.

  2. Wake up earlier, and work out.

  3. I would start to wake up early and then just keep myself busy all day. Try to workout during the day for like an hour or hour n a half. Try not to take naps during the day or lay down and rest. And when you lay down to go to sleep i would read a boring book.

  4. if u stare at a computer long enough or watch a movie ur eyes will get tired.

  5. Take a nice hot bubble bath and massage your whole body. Works for 98% of people.

  6. Darken your room so that you begin to let your body know that it is time for sleep, then take a warm relaxing bath, and read short items (don't read anything that will get you engrossed).  This always puts me right to sleep.

  7. Go to bed at the regular time you do, and then force yourself to wake up at a decent time the next morning. You'll be really tired, but by the time midnight comes around, you'll be ready for bed.

  12. Well I guess if you have 3 days left to answer this then you aren't really in that much of a rush!

    Drink hot milk, eat a bananna, there are also loads of herbs that will make you relax and make sleep come more naturally...

  16. just read a book, a boring one would do...

  17. Work out. A lot. Like do 100 jumping jacks then jog for a mile on a treadmill & you'll fall asleep in like 10 mins. lol. I fall asleep whenever I work out but I work out at like 6 in the afternoon. So it messes up my schedule
