I just started jogging, am doing 2 km every day and plan to increase half km every week. At the end my feet feel tired and a bit in pain, not the kind of pain out of hurting my feet but pain of tiredness. What is a good treat for my feet after the run? What type of massage? should i use any particular cream for it?

  1. hey

there are lots of things that can cause this.

    like

    wrong shoes

    the way that you run

your not used to it yet

    and so on

    if you get blisters

its probly cuz you havent worn out the soul proply yet.

if its the back of your foot

put bandades on the back of the shoe

it stops it until you het used to it

    also

there are lits of loot lotions you can use

just go down to your chemist ot even the body isle at the super market

    also

after you run you can bathe your feet in icy cold or warm water( i feel that icy cold water works better for me)

    also

you can use thicker socks that may prevent this from rubbing

    these are hard to find

you could look for them in sport stores

    and on the internet

    hope i helped

    xxxxxxxxx

  2. Try soaking them after a run. After that apply foot lotion to them. Also apply lotion every night and morning if you can.

Also, buy good quality running shoes. They may be expensive but make a big difference.

  3. Best advice is prevention.  Make sure you have good running trainers (if possible go to a specialist running shop that'll look at your jogging style and will recommend a shoe) and get some decent socks.  I use 1000 mile socks which have 2 layers to stop the friction.  After running I always wash my feet, use a pumice stone to move dead skin and then moisturize but don't worry as the more running you do the better your feet will deal with this

Good luck and keep it up

  4. freeze a bottle of water and roll it under your feet. it feels great, kinda like an ice massage.

  5. well, if its the shoes u should get a dr. scholls gell cushion for them,

    if its not your shoes:

-dry feet? use lotion, curel/jergens or any kind of moisturizing lotion

-blisters? idk they sell stuff for that at CVS

what i would do is soak them in warm water for a few min. and then rub/massage them w/ your preffed type of lotion. ;) hope that works.
