Question:

What can I do to prevent my muscles from aching?

I did two gym classes tonight and I can already feel my muscles beginning to ache. I've had a hot bath in lavender, is there anything else I can do to ensure I can move tomorrow? I did a cool down and stretches and stuff or is moving like a zombie just gonna be part of the course?

  1. the baths will help soothe your aching musels hun,the more classes you do the better you will feel as your body will get used to it,good on you with the exercising.maybe try a soothing rub on your muscles like deep heat that should help hun.btw thank you for answering my q,much appreciated,i have added you as a contact if you dont mind,im 29 and a mother of 2.take care and god bless hun.x


  2. take a relaxing bath or have s*x REALLY!!!!!! hakf an hour of s*x is the same as 2 entire days workout
