What can I do to protect my family?

The economy is going into the toilet and I have all of my debts paid off, My family is my main concern. I have about 320000$ savings and a house paid for, both my cars paid for no debt what so ever, I am pretty well off so What more can I do to protect us.

Don't get me wrong, we have to work on these financial things and help our families too, "but seek first the kingdom of God and these things shall come to you as well."

The question is if you died today where would you and the ones you love spend eternity?  You have a God who came down here to this earth who died, would die again, and knew even if you were the only one who would accept Him He would have taken the gruesome beating and burden of the whole world by death just for you-one person. He is a personal God and can be your personal savior because of His death and ressurection. "For God so loved the world that he sent his ONLY begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." I don't know what this means to you today, but He is the same God tommorrow-the maker of Heaven and earth who wants you and your family back in His arms and wants to carry you in safety and protection the rest of your life and for eternity, where you will reign with Him forever and He can gaurantee a place for you.

Nothing is certain here, though we can think it all we want and become accustomed materially, but a song says "there is a God who loves me, who wraps me in his arms. That is the place where Im changed and that's where I belong".

If you will believe and turn to Him he will forgive you for your sins which are never enough to keep you away from His love. Ask him into your heart and life by asking him to forgive you for your sins, commiting your whole life over to Him through this and then the joy begins by reading his word, the bible, joining a church that lifts you up by enchouraging you spiritually, preaching excactly in the lines of the bible, and praying, aka talking with God daily to hear his really exciting plans for your life, let him give you healing, wisdom and guidance and to just get to know him better-which takes a whole lifetime so you won't have to worry about getting bored!
