you do not need enormous funding for an arcade first of all. you can get all the games on a partnership with no money down if you have the facility to put them in. Almost all the owners of  a large quantity of arcade games will rent for a peice of the action with no down payment. If you want a wider assortment work out a deal with more than one vendor. When the games break you call her provider and they fix them.
