  1. Try a lumbar pillow during the day.  At night or when you can take a warm shower and direct the spray on your lower back.

  2. I can understand your problem as I was facing the same symptoms.  Couple of days ago until my husband purchased Adjustable support belt from Mothersbliss.com - specifically for back pain.  Today I feel 80% better on using the belt.  It’s meant to distribute weight evenly because  of which I can walk and stand comfortably.

  3. omg i know ur pain u cant try to put a pllow behind ur back or when u walk walk really straight and dont do the prego waddle lol

  4. Try a support belt.  In the evening, take a warm (not hot!) bath.  Try getting someone to rub your back.  When sitting or standing, try to keep your back straight (good posture).  Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done to relieve back pain in these later weeks.  Trust me; I know; I'm 35 weeks today.
