Hi. My health insurance company is SRC-Atena. I highly recommend never signing up with them, even if it's offered by your employer. Here's my case. SRC has sent numerous letters reading my wife's medical expenses are "ineligible" to be covered because they haven't received "requested information." The requested information they are talking about is a pre-exiting condition questionaire form. I have sent them that form by mail by certified mail and with a return receipt. I got the return receipt, so they have it. I called them and they said they have it too. But it took them about 5 months to acknowlege that they have it. Now, they are saying my wife's claims are in process and is still pending. This has been going for about 5 months. Bill collectors are calling me and sending leters to pay for my wife's medical bills. I believe SRC is using delay tactics hoping I will just give up and pay for my wife's medical bills. What can I do to make SRC pay for my wife's medical bills? Thank you
