What can I do to save the enviornment?

Many people have told me methods but I find them hard to follow. I don't want to trash the earth or put it in a worst state.

Any ideas?

Just think about all of the things you use each day and try to reduce how much you consume, reuse items as often as possible, and recycle your garbage.  Try to reduce your carbon emissions by driving a smaller car, driving slower, and less often etc.  Buy food that is smartly packaged i.e. a jar of applesauce instead of the individually packaged little servings.
