What can I do to see my father more often???

What can I do to make my father pass time with me?

I'm 22... parents divorced before I was born... I see my Dad around 10 days a year even though we live in the same town;(he lives with his other family)

I have talked to him in the past about having more time together... didn't work... I'm planning to lie about me being in drugs...

Will this be ok?

No, don't lie to him to try and have a relationship, what can be built upon lies??

If you want more time with him look into his passions. Is he good at fixing stuff? Then find something you need/built fixed. Guilt him into favors, then when he is doing them (fixing your car/sink... etc) you will get the opportunity to talk. Sorry for your situation.
