Question:

What can I do to sleep better?

I used to stay up real late, but know i need to go to slepp earlier w/ skool starting back. Usually, I can't get comfortable, and after i fall asleep, i wake up an hour or 2 later and can't go back to sleep. What do I do to sleep all night?

  1. Well, I have the same problem.

    I've always found that when I sleep in a colder room, I can sleep better. It helps also because I get hot easily, so I don't have to throw off the covers.

    If wherever your sleeping is messy, pick it up. Science proves that sleeping with less clutter = more sleep.

    I always used to try to sleep with the lights on, but that never turned out unless I was staying up really late. Have all lights off.

    Also, turn the alarm clock away from you. Staring at the clock and always checking what time it is doesn't help you fall asleep.

    I bought some rub you put under your nose and it helps you sleep. If aroma therapy works for you, then get some.

    Oh yeah, and get some sort of bedding cushioning. It helps for me, I just get mine at Wal-Mart.
