I keep getting crappy scores because I am always very tired when I take it. I think it might be because I don't have much exercise going on nowadays. I know it might seem like a lame excuse but I honestly think I can do really well. What can I do to stay awake? Last time I stressed out, couldn't sleep until 5 AM in the morning and woke up about an hour and a half later. By the time I got to reading and science (reading being the worst of my subjects) I was almost asleep. So what should I do, would taking red bull help?

  1. get some ephedrine or some yellow jackets, bring bottle of water to test and take about an hour and a half to two hours into the test

  2. The night before I would exercise a lot to get tired, and then try to fall asleep.  If that doesn't work, I would ask your doctor about sleeping pills.  The next morning, get up at least an two hours before the test, eat a good breakfast, drink some water or coffee and go prepared.

  3. Make sure you are well hydrated and eat good, balanced meals for the whole week leading up to the test.  Do some form of exercise for half an hour every day, especially the afternoon before the test.  Eat a good dinner, and plan on getting 8 hours of sleep.  If you can't fall asleep try listening to soft music.  Eat a good breakfast the morning of the test, drink a cup of coffee, and eat a snack (like a granola bar) on every break.  This will be a much more healthy and natural way for your body to be prepared & ready to deal with the stress than by giving yourself a caffeine/energy drink high that will only last a couple hours.

  4. Get a good nights sleep and eat breakfast.
