What can I do to stay calm?

I will take my driver's license exam this week (in Portugal) and I just can't stay calm. Could you give me some advice? I failed my first exam because I was so nervous..

  1. Take it cool , this test isn't something that you would have to study for it basically tests how you would react in that situation  I would say that if you cant stay cool while youare driving then you shouldnt even take the test but i believe that you can pass the test hang in stay cool and once your done you will feel great. The most important thing is even if you're nervous don't show it to the instructor but if you really need help then ask him or her :D

    Take a good breath throuh your noise and try to think about things that make you happy , and try to ingonare the presence of the people who make you nervous ,, focus on your goal, and sleep well befor the exam ,Don’t rush., Don’t panic,,,,,,,,

  3. Breathe slowly. Think of driving as your most favorite thing to do. E.X.- Your favorite thing is playing soccer. Imagine that you arfe playing soccer.

  4. Take a sedative before you drive, I'm just joking. Just remember that if you don't pass it you will have that much more practice and will know just what to expect and you will be able to pass it next time. Also don't let the person in the car make you nervous. You can do it and i can tell that your very smart. If you can learn two languages i know you can pass a drivers test.

  5. hey take it easy just revise meditate a bit and go for the best exercise u like eg shopping etc

    and if it doesn't work simply write it on apiece of paper and burn it up u will definetly feel better...................

  6. Darling it doesn't matter if you fail it again.You can still take it over until you get it right.Maybe you feel you're not completely prepared for it.Anyway try counting to 20 every time you feel nervous..Good luck to ya...

  7. practise circular breathing... it's a proven technique for calming yourself down. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. the 4 second interval is designed to help reduce your heart rate. Good luck!!!!!!
