Question:

What can I do to stay up all night and then all day?

I'm starting my first day of high school tomorrow and I have screwed up my hours so badly that I just decided to stay up all night tonight and all day tomorrow so I can get back on schedule.

How can I do this and still be alert tomorrow for my school day? Or is this just a bad idea all around?

  1. Bad Idea, you'll have lacked sleep and that's not conducive for learning.


  2. since you answered my question I'll answer yours too ^^

    well I just keep myself focused on something such as one day I did all the homework i missed out on for about 2 days [it was a lot of work, but when I was done it was around 6 or 7 in the morning]

    but for me I was sleepy at most people's time [10 ish ] instead of my normal 3-4  

  3. Have ADHD, I get wired at night, and the less sleep I get the more hyper and energetic I am.

  4. bad idea.just try to sleep and then after school dont nap stay up and do homeworkand stuff and then go to bed at 9 and dont wake up  

  5. take some rest, even if it has to be broken sleep, that is sleeping at different times a day thus accumulate the hours needed for each day. Don't stay up all night, the body tends to sleep after 18 hours of staying up.

  6. It's a bad idea.  Even if you can't fall asleep and you just lay there all night, you need to at least be in bed, listening to music or whatever, just for some rest.

    You could drink a few coffees or energy drinks, but I don't recommend it.
