What can I do to this Puffed up eye?

I dont know whats its called but its a bit pink and its starting to puff up from the end of my eye and i really want to itch it.. I think my mom made it worst because she put eye drops on my eyes...Will reading help?? Sleep??

Throw some ice on it.

Sounds like Conjunctivitis  or known for its more familiar name "Pink Eye"

is an inflammation of the conjunctiva (the outermost layer of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids), most commonly due to an allergic reaction or an infection (usually viral, but sometimes bacterial).

Keep trying the eye drops make sure not to touch or rub your eye it can further irritate it.

Put a bag of frozen vegetables on it. It can be molded to fit your eye and it won't melt on you.
