Question:

What can I do to wean myself off of junk food?

i've put on more than 50 lbs in the last 5 years because of limited exercise, junk food, depression etc.......How can I weak myself off of this c**p? where do I start?

  1. just eat healthy food. think that you are going to become fat if you eat junk food and that you are going to have manboobs


  2. It starts with having the right attitude. Something inside you has to say stop, I don't want this any more.

    Personify the junk food. See it as a woman who's done you wrong, made you into something you never were. Then end it. Because you can't take it any more and you want out.

    I tried it with cigarettes. worked well.

  3. As you rid your pantry and cabinets of the junk, replace them with healthy options. No need to go cold turkey...

    Example..you finish the bag of Chips Ahoy's..next shopping trip buy a box of FiberOne bars, finished the Doritos, get some pretzels, etc. Fill your fridge with fresh fruit for sugar cravings.
