what i do is, i text my friends, talk online, play some games, or just workout at the gym

well, when u have nothing else to do...do make a to-do list and get stuff done on that...thats what i do and it helps relieve a lot of stress just to know i have things done

it's very simple- find something to do. Or even better,someone to do something with.
