Okay so at church, every so often we start selling food, and the kids get positions as waiters, bus boys, etc. When 2 new girls came as waitresses, I was assigned to help them. These girls didn't look more then 1 or 2 years older then me (I am 14) but the way they dressed almost made me laugh. They came in to work looking like they were dressed up to go somewhere. (lots of make-up, hair done, preppy clothes) And the way the looked, it made them seem like they have no better choice to be there and help out. At first I thought they were just being shy, but now I get the feeling "I'm better then all of you so why should I talk to you". What can I do to help them listen to me and maybe be a little bit friendlier? (because they're really not doing a good job) Thanks.
