What can I do when I order something online and the seller doesn't send it!?

I placed an order for a product via google checkout. the seller has not responded to my E-mails or google checkout contact Email. I want a refund of my money, but google says I have to contact the seller. uhh, just give me my 58 dollars back.

  1. Contact your credit card company and file a fraud claim.  Let the credit card go after the person and/or business.


  2. The first answerer is right, I would also e mail the seller and tell them that you are about to do so, its amazing how quickly this focuses the minds of some sellers.  Good luck.

    I would also get on to Google and tell them that you are looking at legal action to sue them in small claims as they were promoting the seller and therefore should share the responsibility when a seller fails to supply goods.
