What can I do when im bored.?

I feel bored everyday and I don't know what to do,everything I do is boring.When I was little I always used to have fun but now Im always bored and everything I do is boring.So if you could tell me what I can do.

go to the park run 30 minutes try to do something deferent .go to gym .try to write to me in spanish ..  good lock .
